Mawten Al Almaarefah, a subsidiary of Atheeb Group, has forged a partnership with Abyatona to establish a joint company specializing in real estate development, infrastructure, contracting, and operation and maintenance. His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Mawten Al Almaarefah, and Mr. Nasser bin Obaid Al-Hammad, Chairman and CEO of Abyatona, formalized the partnership in a signing ceremony on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at the Atheeb Holding Company headquarters in Riyadh.
